A Note for Our US Customers

Since the introduction of the new US tariff, shipping has become more complicated than it used to be. For over a decade we enjoyed a flawless record shipping with DHL, but recently some customers experienced unexpected customs issues — including parcels being held with fees far above the official 15% rate.

After gathering advice from fellow manufacturers and hearing from customers, we’ve now moved to UPS for all US shipments. Feedback has been excellent: deliveries are smooth and the duties are applied exactly as intended — no more than 15%. To give you complete peace of mind, we’ll  refund any fees charged above that rate.

We know customs charges are never fun, but please note that the US tariff is still below what our European customers typically pay (around 20% VAT).
