A Note for Our US Customers

Shipping to the US has become more complex since the introduction of the new tariff regulations. For over a decade, we enjoyed a flawless record with DHL, but this summer, some customers faced unexpected customs issues — with fees occasionally exceeding the official 15% rate.

Since we conducted deeper research into the matter, things have been running smoothly again — with consistent and fair results.

While the official import duty remains 15%, additional paperwork and processing fees usually bring the total to just under 20%, which is roughly comparable to the VAT rate paid by our European customers.

If you’re charged significantly more than that, please reach out and I’ll personally refund the difference to keep things fair.
